2021 REFAT Virtual Fraud Awareness Forum
This is an educational event brought to you by REFAT and geared to real estate professionals. REFAT’s mission is to prevent, detect and report real estate fraud. We strive to accomplish this through education.
This year’s presenters include Attorneys Tony Wold and Stephen Slyker from the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office who will be presenting on new crimes they see on the horizon that are issues unique to 2021 issues. In addition, Attorney Jennifer Felten of RELAW, APC will be presenting on the civil remedies relative to real estate related fraud.
