District Attorney Gregory D Totten announced on September 16, 2014 that Bakersfield Resident Jesus Gacilazo (DOB 01/06/1984) plead guilty to six felony counts of grand theft. It is anticipated that Jesus Garcilazo will be sentenced to a term of 3 years and 4 months in prison.
This case was the result of an investigation conducted by the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office Real Estate Fraud Unit.
